These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of corerift.com (the "Site"), operated by Core Rift LLC, a Virginia limited liability company doing business as Core Rift Technologies ("CoreRift," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms apply to everyone who visits the Site. They do not cover consulting or development work, which is governed by the written agreement signed for that work, or the products shown on the Site, each of which is offered by its own company under its own terms.

2. Eligibility

The Site is intended for people 18 and older and for businesses. By using it you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

3. The Site

The Site describes CoreRift's services, history and portfolio. Descriptions of services, projects and past work are general information, not an offer or a promise of any particular result. Engagements begin only when both parties sign a written agreement.

4. Products Shown on the Site

The Site links to products such as CoreRift Gate, GrailMine, StatusRecon, ScytheFinancial and CookieColony. Each product is operated by the company named in its own terms of service, and your use of a product is governed by that product's terms and privacy policy, not by these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or the systems behind it; interfere with its operation, including by automated scraping or excessive requests; or send us malware or unlawful content.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos and design, are owned by Core Rift LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view the Site for your own information. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from it without our written permission. Product names and logos belong to their respective owners.

7. Feedback

If you send us suggestions or ideas, we may use them without any obligation to you.

8. Third-Party Links

The Site links to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices; review their own terms and policies.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, except where the law does not allow them to be excluded. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent the law allows, Core Rift LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Site. Because the Site is provided free of charge, our total liability for any claim relating to it is limited to US $50.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold Core Rift LLC harmless from claims, damages and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any dispute informally. Any dispute that is not resolved will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Virginia, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Each version is posted here with its effective date, and earlier versions remain available. Using the Site after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

14. General Provisions

These Terms are the whole agreement between you and us about the Site. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it. We may assign these Terms as part of a sale or reorganization of our business.
