AI and Automation
AI earns its place when it saves people real time. We build it into products where it does: recognizing voices and documents, naming and sorting files, drafting from rough notes, and taking repetitive work off people's hands.
Where we have used it
- Voice recognition. An AI voice recognition engine for VoiceIt Technologies, in 2016.
- Documents and files. Reading files to name them for what they are, and proposing folder structures for a person to review before anything changes.
- Drafting. Turning a rough description into a structured ticket or record that a person edits and approves.
People stay in charge
We design AI features so a person reviews before anything is applied, and nothing is sent to an AI service until someone asks for it. Where it fits, customers bring their own AI provider and key, and pay that provider only for what they use.
Automation
Not every time-saver needs AI. Scheduled jobs, imports, notifications and clean-up tasks often do more for a team than a model would, and we build those too.
